The Pasteurization Machine of Fruit and Vegatable processing

A pasteurization machine is a food processing device used to heat fruit and vegetable products such as juices, purees, sauces, and packaged products to a controlled temperature, usually between 60°C and 100°C, for a short time. The purpose of this process is to eliminate pathogenic bacteria, yeasts, and molds that can cause spoilage or foodborne illness without significantly affecting the taste, color, and nutritional value of the product. The machine typically consists of a heating chamber, temperature control system, conveyor or holding tank, and cooling section. During operation, the fruit or vegetable product passes through the heating unit where it is exposed to hot water, steam, or heated surfaces. The product is maintained at the required temperature for a specific holding time to ensure microbial destruction. After heating, the product is rapidly cooled to prevent overcooking and maintain product quality.
